Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. RMA numbers can only be obtained via email, and must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of the product.

To obtain an RMA from Pacific Heritage Trading Co., please submit your claim to returns@pacificheritage.com. The product must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance.

RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee as well as postage and handling charges (even if shipping was provided free by Pacific Heritage Trading Co. as part of a sales blitz or any promotion for that matter)

Furthermore, any returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and all non-product related fees (such as special delivery instructions) are not refundable.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.

Pacific Heritage Trading Co. highly recommends using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery. Pacific Heritage Trading Co. also requires that all returns be properly packed and fully insured.

All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge. Excessive, incomplete or costly return patterns may result in termination of buying privileges.
